As part of the Platinum membership, you will be assigned a dedicated matchmaking team that will include at least 2 Matchmakers. A minimum of 15 hours per week of matchmaking will be dedicated to you - potentially up to 40 hours. Think of it like your own personal relationship assistant with an intense focus - every day, week and month on YOU. It's a level of effort and time we have not been able to provide until today.

Most importantly, if your team does not place you into a relationship within 3 to 12 months from the start of your membership, your ENTIRE fee will be refunded - no questions asked. That is how confident we are.

EVERY LEVEL ABOVE HAS A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WHICH MEANS YOU ARE EITHER PLACED INTO A RELATIONSHIP* WITHIN THE MEMBERSHIP'S TIME FRAME OR YOUR TOTAL IS REFUNDED.

Although this is open to all ages, locations and backgrounds, we will need to speak with you to assess your criteria, including deal breakers, and qualify you into a desired membership level. Once you are approved (typically within 48 hours), the process begins in earnest and the clock starts. While the number of dates per month are not guaranteed, a relationship is by the end of your term.

*Relationship definition: confirmed 3+ in-person dates and separate interviews conducted with both parties to establish mutual interest, expressed intent and exclusive relationship status. If long distance and both parties reside more than 1000 miles from each other, then at least 2+ in person dates but with continual communication thereafter.

The consultation and assessment may take approximately 1 hour.
Those who have confirmed consultation times will be reserved a membership, pending approval, regardless if we exceed our threshold. If you have already had your assessment, you have been provided a reserved slot.
