LTR stands for long-term relationship . Platinum is built for clients who want a serious partner and are ready to date intentionally toward that goal.
The guarantee is tied to relationship progress (not just volume of introductions). Specific eligibility rules and timing depend on your agreement and situation (location, criteria, responsiveness), and are reviewed with you during onboarding.
Typically: stay responsive, be available for introductions, keep your profile/photos current, communicate honestly, and remain open to reasonable coaching/feedback from your matchmaker team. Market Size estimates how large or small your realistic dating pool is based on your preferences. Broader, more flexible preferences generally increase your market; tighter filters reduce it.

Your Overall Score is a weighted blend: 15% EV , 55% MPI , and 30% Market Size . It’s designed to balance personal momentum with real market conditions.

If fewer intros happen in a cycle, they roll over. If a large balance builds, membership may be paused until introductions are fulfilled, and partial refunds may be used to reduce an outstanding balance in certain cases.
Packages are guaranteed in total, even if delivered unevenly.
Relationship Path (Platinum): within your 3/6/12-month term, you’re guaranteed an outcome-defined relationship benchmark (as outlined on the guarantee page). If not achieved, you may receive a full refund at the end of the term (with additional terms that apply).
